I get the following warning consistently every night, and need some advice on how to fix it;

I know more info is probably needed, but I'm not sure what.
Please let me know what info is needed and I will let you know what I can.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

1. Is there any other previous warning for that file?
2. Please run a manual test for the last backup by pressing the Test (F9) button.
Let us know the results.

1. Yes, the previous weeks all had that same warning
2. "Testing "Grant - Incremental" at "6/27/2011 9:25:25 AM" found no errors.
See log file "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all Professional 4\Logs\Grant - Incremental_20110627085436.test.log" for more information."

Interestingly enough, this backup had 0 warnings one night, then began having a constant three instead of one. One of those three is the same warning as last time.

Thanks for the reply!

Hi,

Is the Volume Shadow Copy service working fine on your computer?
Please create a new test backup job for this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\FileMaker\FileMaker Server
Do you have the same problem?
