entering reg code
Insalled trial version but when I enter my code by pasting it in from my emails it remains grayed out. and it says there is not internet connection

Hi,
Did you also completed the registration name?
Do you have the same problem if you manually enter the key?
Please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block the Backup4all access to internet.

I have just had to reinstall Win10 Evaluation and it would not replace Backup4all On reinstalling the item and trying to rentering my code but I am told to many are using this code and to download a new one But the new one given is just the same as my previous one??
