Editing Filters

Post by tony_r »

I created a filter and then used it for a backup run. I subsequently edited the filter with revised criteria and saved it. While the filter accepted the edits, when revisited the filter reverts back to the original criteria. I suppose I can edit the crirteia directly in the ini file but this seems a bit primitive.

Hi,

What version of Backup4all do you have?
Do you have this problem for a new backup job too?
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,

Please send us the ini file for that job.
To find it, go to View->Open Folder->Initialization folder.
Send it to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
