Do a full backup locally, then subsequent incremental backups over LAN?

Is it possible to have the first initial backup locally and then have subsequent incremental backups done over LAN (to a shared folder on another Windows PC)? I use (recently purchased) Backup4all Professional 8.5.264 and would like to backup a few terabytes of photos.
