CRC test failed for file

Hello,
I'm backing up my Adobe Lightroom files and I got lots of this warning in the log. Is my Lightroom catalog correctly backed up?

Warning: CRC test failed for file "C:\Users\xxx\Documents\LightRoomBackup\2023-07-20 1831\Lightroom 5 Catalog Previews.lrdata\4\4A3B\xxxxx.lrprev". CRC stored in catalog is 0, destination CRC is xxxx

Hi,

Please close Adobe Lightroom and try again to run the backup.
Do you still have the problem?

Hi
I rebooted and Lightroom is not running. Tried the back up again and I am still getting these warning messages in the log file.

Hi,

1. Can you manually copy such a file to another location?
2. If yes, please open Backup Properties->Advanced page. Uncheck "Backup open files" option and press Save.
Run again the backup. Do you still have the problem?

Hi,
I moved the lightroom catalog elsewhere and unchecked Backup open files. I still got the error. I noticed I also got the error for a could .ods files. These are open office files and after checking Task Manager there is no OpenOffice process running. Are these files not getting backed up?
