I think Backup4All tech support is responsive and helpful but they rarely post the answer to people's issues or questions in the forums and prefer to work offline via email or PM. That renders your forums nearly useless as solutions are rarely posted and we have to rely on tech support instead of each other and past fix actions.

Hi,

We ask for users logs and we prefer them on the email, which is easier for users (some logs could be very large) and it's also confidential. There could be cases when the discussion continues via email and the forum post is not updated.
In this case, I could not found the email sent by the user.

I will also ask you to send us the complete backup log for your backup job, to see what the problem is. Email address: support[at]backup4all[dot]com
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Of course, but it'd be nice if the troubleshooting could be done in the forums so everyone could benefit. This would lessen the number of times tech support has to get involved as we could benefit from other's solutions.
