Hi all...

Im having a, for me, big problem. I reinstalled my computer, too a backup before that, and after reinstall i cannot restore my email.

I use outlook 2010. I uses 1-2 minutes but then i tells me there are 20+ errors.

I have changed drive letteres as the only thing i can think of... Oh. had a hotmail account but deletet that before updating.

When i try to just put in my accountdetails in outlook it telle me taht it is missing something. A clean install dosen help on that.

Hi,

1. Please make sure you have enough permissions to create files in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\Green Bubbles.htm
2. Please use the latest version of Backup4all 4.6.254

Which drive letters have you changed?
Did you use the same version of Ms Outlook 2010 (32 bit) before?
