Cannot Connect to Amazon S3
Hi,
I have just purchased the product and am using version 5.5 build 839
I purchased the product primarily to backup to cloud storage, in my case Amazon S3 however I have been unable to get the product to connect to my S3 storage bucket. I get the following message when I test the connection;
Amazon S5 configuration test failed
Other Winsock error (75784) (75784)
from the log
Backup aborted. Reason:
Cannot connect to server.
Other Winsock error (75777)
I saw other posts back in 2014 with a similar error but understand this was fixed by update to version which, given it was some time ago, should be working now. Any suggestions as to things I can try would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Re: Cannot Connect to Amazon S3
Hi,
Having applied some Windows updates and rebooted the computer I am now getting a slightly different error. When trying to test the Amazon connection the following error message is presented;
Amazon S3 configuration test failed
HTTP request failed with code 400, message is Bad Request
Have been unable to find assistance on Google as yet, would appreciate some assistance.
regards

Re: Cannot Connect to Amazon S3
I believe I have resolved the issue, apparently placing a capital letter in the folder name was generating the error. The folder name;
