I purchased this ver 4 on 14/06/13 and installed it. Worked OK.
On 25/02/14 you invited me to install ver 5 which I did. Then a notice came up saying I had to pay extra.
I was disappointed as I had been using ver 4 for only 6 months.
I tried to uninstall ver 5. It failed to uninstall.
But ver 4 continued to work.
Last week ver 4 froze: it would load to memory but not show itself. I used taskMan to remove it.
Try to run it again. Same problem.
I looked in the Taskman Service and see Backup4All5Srv is installed. (a mismatch?)
I uninstalled ver 4 and reinstalled. Same frozen problem.
Tried again to uninstall ver 5. The uninstall program (ver 5.0 build 390) hangs and does nothing.
Now I am stuck with no backup.
Please advise me?
