Hi, can you help me please?

using a system windows 7 XP mode I have a lot of trouble to backup Outlook mail installed on the XP mode while backup4all is installed over the windows 7.f

Please send us the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
