"Backup4All is not a valid short file name" error
During the installation of v4.9 I get the error: "Backup4All is not a valid short file name," then on the last installation window it says the installation ended prematurely. Please help!

Hi,
It seems the setup file was not completely downloaded.
Please delete the temporary internet files and try again to download Backup4all. See if the size of the setup downloaded on your computer is the same as the size listed on our website.
