Backup4all email tests work, but email notifications after backups fail to send.

Email notifications for backup fail to send. I'm using Backup4all 5.0.

In the settings for the job, It's set for <Default email> on all backup types from successful to test to etc.
It used to send but just stopped one day. Test emails and the settings are all successful. Tests send out and when I did a repair the backup job, that email sent out, but no emails are being sent out for the backup job results. The server was restarted as well.

If the email settings are correct, test emails and backup test results send out, and the "On successful backup send" is set to Default email, what could be causing the backup job emails from sending? Btw "Send emails" under Emails on the backup job are also checked with the correct email address that succeeds when sending tests.

Version 5.x of Backup4all (or previous) is no longer supported. To benefit from support and the added functionality we highly recommend upgrading to the latest version.
