Backup4all configuration backup plugin has issues.

You can backup the configuration of the program, but when you restore it, it fails. Can you test it. Backup, then uninstall the program, remove its working folders with jobs manually, install back, open the backup with configuration in the installed program and try to restore it.

Sent you the restore log. Do you test the program on Win-7?
