Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Hello,
It's appears that we still have issues in Google Teams Account.
I Selected a folder to upload to my Teams Account. When I try to backup them, I got an error about there is no free space to complete the backup, but, the folder that I'm using have unlimited storage.
Here, are the log part that I presume that shows the error:

Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Hi,
Which backup type do you use?
Please open Backup Properties->Type page and if the Smart type is selected, make sure the "Limit backup size to" option is set to 100% or you can put a very high value such as 10 TB.

Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Hi Adrian,
I checked this option too. If you look into the log you'll see that the backup limit is very high. The Backup Type is Smart.
But, the backup don't start since the free space returned to Backup4all is less than space needed to make the backup.
For me, it appears that for some reason, the free space returned from some API in this case are returning a limit, but this limit doesn't exists in Teams.
I know that there are a daily *transmission limit*, that is 750GB per day, but, even with this limit, the amount of data from this first backup isn't even close to this size.

Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Hi,
In Backup settings, the limit is:
BackupMaxSpace=105226698752 which is 98 GB
The free space detected in destination is:
DestFreeSpace=77059577208 which is 71 GB
The size of the backup to be executed is:
EstimIncr=328945971090 which is 306 GB
I saw the limit of 98 GB in job settings. If the limit is set as percent, please put it as fixed size.
I will ask the developers to check if the limit for free space is correctly read for the case when there is no limit set per user.
P.S. If you try to run an incremental, does it works?

Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Alright, I will change it to 90% percent of Free Space, that, in this case, should be sufficient.
I will post the results here.
Tks for support!

Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
If you try to run an incremental backup type instead of Smart, does it works?
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
Re: Backup to Google Team Drive
Hi Adrian,
No. Since there is no a FULL backup prior to the Incremental, I got the same error.
