Backup to FTP failing
any ideas with the error below guys?
Cannot upload file "C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all Professional 4\bkcFiles\backup.bkc" to "/{7480F91D-4155-4C09-86C4-C3E35B667851}" (FTP).
550 Operation not permitted.
1. why is it trying to upload a file I have not specified to upload?
2. how do I stop it from uploading this file or give the application the relevant permissions to do so?
thanks

Re: Backup to FTP failing
Hi,
1. The file you are talking about is the backup catalog. It is uploaded with a temporary name in order not to overwrite the old catalog from FTP in case the upload fails. If the upload is successful, the file will be renamed to the correct name and will replace the old catalog.
2. Please make sure you have enough permissions to upload files in that location using that FTP account. You can also try with another FTP client using the same account.

Hi,
Depending on the FTP server you have, you can check the permissions in the server console, or in the same place where you created the FTP account.
