Backup job stopped running...stuck in creating file list
The job gets stuck creating the file list for hours, it happened at the beginning of the year, I had to do another job, it worked and last week it happened again, I did another job and it worked, but today it got stuck again. What could it be?

Hi,
In this case, please kill the bbackup.exe process from Task Manager.
Then go to Backup Properties->Advanced page.
Uncheck the "Smart file scanning mode" option and press Save.
Run again the backup and let us know if you still have the problem.
