Backing up over previously backed up files (from different software)
I have quite a bit of data that was already backed up using some other software (SyncToy to be exact).
Basically I am mirroring my entire D: drive to Z: (and I still want to, but I mostly would like the added features from this software, such as keeping previous versions of changed files)
With all of the data already copied over, are there any issues that will come up with starting up any new backup?
I'd really rather not delete all of the data on the Z: drive before performing the new backup (it is a lot of data I'd rather not risk losing at all) and just have the new backup either ignore the already copied over files or over-write them.

Hi,
You should have no problems using Backup4all.
Please note you should use Backup4all for data files and not for system files/installed programs.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
