OK. I installed the program again. I create a new backup job, click Advanced Mode (I tried also in normal mode) , click Sources. Up there is selected : Selection of files and folders.
After that I try to drag from windows explorer, anything, a folder, or a file, or multiple files. Each time I get a Forbidden sign, and even if I release the mouse, the file does not get dropped. I tried to make a screenshot to show you, but the sign does not appear in the screenshot.

hi,

Can you give us access to your computer using TeamViewer?
Please send us the connection details to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Sorry, I can't. But even if I would, others have tried before to connect to my computer and they were unsuccessful.
I have some kind of hardware firewall or something.
But it seems there is at least one other person here with the same problem. So I'm not the only one.
Maybe you can get the same result on your computer.
I have Windows Xp Sp2. I didn't tried it yet on the laptop with Windows seven.
