Backup4all is able to back up empty folders to Backblaze.
Please send us the last backup log, the last restore log and the .bkc catalog file to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
Also let us know the name and path of such a folder which is missing.

In Backup4all you can use the Mirror backup type.
That will create in destination an exact copy of the source files, without zipping them.

The backup catalog is saved at the end of the backup. If the backup was aborted, no catalog file was saved and there is no backup to restore.
The file you see in destination seems to be a partial zip as long as it was not copied completely.
