Hi,

Backup4all does not have special features for metered networks.
In File->Options->Suspend, you can set suspend intervals, when Backup4all will not run jobs, even if scheduled.

Hi,

That option is used to get a faster list of modified files using the NTFS journal from Windows.
If it's disabled, the normal scanning process for all sources will be used.

Hi,

As I can see from the screenshot you attached, the file paths are not yet excluded from the backup sources list.
Please make sure you uncheck the correct files from the "Microsoft" folder.

Hi,

In PIC5 and PIC6, the files have different icons, do you use the same way to see their names?
Please send us the exact file names (in text - to copy/paste it) for those 2 files, so we can test them here.

Hi,

As I can see, the file names are displayed incorrectly while you are looking in Google Drive destination. What application/browser do you use? Please try to restore the files from Google Drive using Backup4all and let us know if they still have incorrect names.
