Re: Backup entries
Hi, "File Backup.bkc" - is the old backup catalog for your backup job. "File Backup(1).bkc" - is the new backup catalog for the same job. It seems the old file could not be open/edit, so that is why a new file was created. The other 2 files are the backups of the "File Backup(1).bkc" catalog. Since ...

Re: Tray icon only when backup is running
Hi,
You cannot configure it that way: to appear only when the backup is running.
You can only set it to appear all the time or do not appear at all.

Re: Labeling backup types
Hi, As I understand, you created two independent backup jobs. Please note the first execution of a differential backup job is always a full. Only after that differential backups will be performed. If you want your backup zip files labeled with the type name, go to Backup Properties->Type->Storage In...

Re: ERROR_NOT_ALL_ASSIGNED when using "Shutdown computer when finished"
Hi,
Can you create a batch file to shutdown the computer?
If yes, please use that batch file in Backup Properties->Advanced page, under "Run program/action after backup" section.
Do you still have the problem?

Re: What backup type should I use?
Hi,
Please open Backup Properties->Type page.
Select the "Incremental" backup type.
Go to "Storage" page and select the option: "Yes, limit number of file versions".
Set the limit at 3 and press Save.
Next time when you'll run the backup, the limit will be applied.
