It seems you use an older version of Backup4all.
Please download and install the latest version 4.7.270.

Hi,

The changed folder name is seen as a new folder. You cannot avoid that.

Hi,

To make sure you configured the scheduler correctly, please try to create the scheduled task under the current account with the current account password. Do you still have the problem?

When you log in as user B, is the backup finished?
Have you checked the last backup log?
Did you refresh the interface?
Do you use the latest version of Backup4all 4.7.270?

Hi,

1. Please install the latest version 4.7.270
2. Please enable the detailed log from Tools->Options->Logs and history
3. Run again the backup.

Hi,

1. Do you use the latest version of Backup4all 4.7.270?
2. Do you use an administrator account?
3. Can you identify which is the file with problems?
