Hi,

Were you able to see the file name or the file content?
Please note the encryption will protect the file content (you won't be able to open the file without the password) but it won't encrypt the file names.

Please try to use UNC paths for the source drives. Do you have the same problem?

To find the log, go to View->Job Logs->Last backup log.

Hi,

In Backup Properties->External drives, please check the "Lock the destination to this external hard drive" option and press Save.

Hi,

1. Please delete the backup job from Backup4all.
2. Open the .bkc catalog file from backup destination, into Backup4all.
3. The backup job will be recreated. Run again the backup.
Do you have the same problem?

Hi,

As I can see, it uses Cloud storage. At this moment, that feature is not implemented in Backup4all.

Hi,

If you set the start time to an hour that passed today, it will start only tomorrow.

Hi,

Please make sure there was at lease one user logged on when the backup started. Otherwise, please note mapped drives are not available if you are not logged on.
