Hi,

Is this a new backup job or an existing one?
Please note you cannot add files/folders to a backup job created using plugins.
Also please note you press "Add folder" button when you want to add folders, not the "Add files" one.

Do you still have the problem?

Hi,

The user had multiple schedulers configured to run both in command line and normal interface in the same time, they are two different applications but use the same catalog. Those schedulers should not be alternate every 2 hours when the backup takes 3 hours.

Hi,

Please make sure you have enough free disk space on C: drive as here will be the merge location unless you changed the temporary folder location from Tools->Options->Application folders.
