Re: Warning! Build 436 is broken.

Hi, As long as we cannot reproduce the problem here using the backup catalogs you sent us, we asked some users to allow us to connect to their computer using TeamViewer to see exactly the problem, but none of them responded to this request. There could be a particular environment when the problem ap...

Re: Bug: If job is canceled, the junk archive is not deleted.

Hi, I now understand what you wanted to say. If the backup job is cancelled during the backup, the part of the zip file copied in destination remains there. That is how the application works. If the user press Cancel, that means he wants to abort the backup immediately. No other actions are performe...

Re: Warning! Build 436 is broken.

Hi, 1. If you are talking about progress view, please note there is the total progress for the files to be backed up. There is no need to indicate the total number of files scanned. See this image: http://postimg.org/image/8u4x28orz/ 2. The first time you click on a job it will select the job and on...

Re: Bug: If job is canceled, the junk archive is not deleted.

Hi, I tried to reproduce the problem but the temporary files are deleted after the job was cancelled. Starting a new backup cannot use the same file (even if you say it was left there). We do not just use the files existing in a specific location to create the backup. I suggest you to start with a n...

Re: Warning! Build 436 is broken.

Hi, The build 5.0.436 is not broken. 1. Where do you see the incorrect number of files listed? In Statistics view, in backup log? 2. When you click on another job, the first time it is just selected and the backup catalog for that job is loaded. The link are not clickable if the job is not active. W...

Re: AES encryption

Hi,

You can use AES encryption with 128/196/256 bits. The encryption is made locally and the files are sent encrypted to destination. You can access the data only using the password you set for encryption.
