Hi,

When you run a differential backup, the program is looking for all new and modified sources since the last Full.
If you want to backup the new and modified files since the last backup (full, differential or incremental), you need to run an incremental backup.

Hi,

Please send me the last backup log and the backup catalog file (.bkc file from the backup destination) for that job.
Also tell me the location of the new created folder which was not included in backup.
