Hi, You must display all file types. For that, please enable the filters on the top of the folder tree (that = equal sign, the - minus and X signs) This way the file will be also displayed, so you can see its versions at the bottom. Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Compression page.
Select "Always use temporary folder to create zip files" option.
Set a split size of 2 GB and select the "Create independent splits" option.
Press Save and run again the backup.

Hi,

Is the scheduled task configured to run with highest privileges? (in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler)

What about if you set in Backup4all to run: shutdown.exe /s /f
