Re: Incremental Backup

Hi, It seems you use the Differential backup type (Typ: Differenziell) That means Backup4all will copy every time all new and modified files since the last Full backup (not since the last differential backup). That will include files which were not modified recently, but since the last Full backup. ...

Re: Scheduled jobs disappear after changing user

Hi,

Please use a local administrator account and see if you can see those tasks.
If you want to use a specific account, make sure it has assigned the necessarily permissions from Windows to view those tasks.
It is not a permission restriction from Backup4all but from Windows.

Re: Scheduled jobs disappear after changing user

Hi,

If the user is not an administrator, you can see in Backup4all only the scheduled tasks for the currently logged on user. This is because of the permissions in Windows, it's not a restriction from Backup4all.
The scheduled tasks exists in Control Panel and will run as created, under another user.

Re: Backup open files ONLY.

Hi,

There isn't such a filter.
You can use the "Date and time modified" filter option to include in backup only files modified today or yesterday or another time.

Re: No jobs scheduled warning

Hi,

A job is scheduled if it has a scheduled task associated/created for it.
If there is no scheduled task (it could be manually deleted from Control Panel) the job appears as not scheduled. There could be the user choice to delete those tasks.
