Hi,

Please go to Control Panel->Task Scheduler and edit the task created by Backup4all.
Select the option "Run with highest privileges" from the "General" page.
Do you still have the problem?

Hi,

Do you have the plugins for those jobs installed in version 6 of Backup4all?
If not, please install the plugins first, then simply open the backup catalog files (.bkc files) from the backup destination.
The jobs should be imported.

Hi, The limit number of backup versions does NOT mean only full backups. It counts all backup executions for that job. In your case, I recommend you to schedule a cleanup execution every month. Hi,

The warning appeared on testing phase and it compares the size of the file with the size from catalog.
Can you please send us the complete backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com?

Of course Backup4all will restore that file without additional steps. Backup4all will automatically merge the necessarily splits in order to get you the exact source files.
