Re: Why i can`t view all sheduled jobs ?

Hi,

The scheduler tasks you see in Task Scheduler are for all users.
In Backup4all you can see the tasks only for the current logged on user.
If the tasks were edit outside Backup4all, it is also possible they won’t be listed in Backup4all.

Re: How to solve: Cannot use USN journal... error?

Hi,

You can disable the usage of the USN journal from Backup Properties->Advanced, by unchecking the "Smart file scanning mode" option.

Re: Creating Block List running for hours

Hi,

If there are very large files, creating the blocks might take a while. As long as the backup is running, I suggest you to wait.

Re: How to solve: Cannot use USN journal... error?

Hi,

The message you get is not an error, it is just informal.
The USN journal is used to faster detect the modified source files in order to be backed up.
As explained in the help file, the USN journal is not used for Full backup type.

Re: Help with Log after backup fails

Hi,

Please make sure your SFTP user has enough permissions to create folders in destination here: "homes/general/test_backup"

Re: Incremental Backups no longer working

Hi,

Please note the backup jobs are independent. If you set the Incremental backup type, the first backup execution will be a full and then increments will be performed.

Re: Help with Log after backup fails

Hi,

Can you see what is different since the backup fails?
Do you have an older log to compare?
Is the size of the backup larger now?

Re: Help with Log after backup fails

Hi,

It seems to be a permission issue here.
Please make sure you can upload files to that location using another SFTP client as FileZilla. Do you still have the problem?
