Hi,

Do you have this problem every time you run the backup?
As the log file is not complete, is the error about the Backup4all.hst file?
In such a case you can close Backup4all and rename the "Backup4all.hst" file. Do you still have the problem after that?

Hi,

In Backup4all you can create independent zip files or not. There is no way to create zip groups.
We recommend you to create independent splits as downloading 2TB of data when you need only few files, is time consuming.

After activating the upgraded key of Backup4all 6, you have 30 more days to use the key for version 5, then it will be blacklisted.

Hi, There is no bprocess.exe used by Backup4all. Please make sure if there is another application trying to use such a file. Backup4all is using the bservice.exe service to communicate between all processes and the main program/interface. Some of these are: bbackup, btest, brestore etc. They all com...
