Re: 235%???

Hi,

Please check the backup log as it seems there are some download retries.
That is why the percent exceeded 100%.

Re: Backup of the backup archive to Backblaze

Hi,

Backup4all is able to back up empty folders to Backblaze.
Please send us the last backup log, the last restore log and the .bkc catalog file to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
Also let us know the name and path of such a folder which is missing.

Hi,

If the installation continues and finishes, that should be no problem.

Re: wishlist: backup to non-zipped directory

Hi,

In Backup4all you can use the Mirror backup type.

Re: Filtering problem

Hi,

Because of the particular characters (with accents), the lowercase and uppercase are considered different.
Please use the exact case in filter: BIZTONSÁGI MÁSOLAT

Re: Backup is empty or the catalogue file is not available

Hi,

The backup catalog is saved at the end of the backup. If the backup was aborted, no catalog file was saved and there is no backup to restore.
The file you see in destination seems to be a partial zip as long as it was not copied completely.

It seems the old file could not be open/edit, so that is why a new file was created. The other 2 files are the backups of the "File Backup(1).bkc" catalog. Since ...

Re: Tray icon only when backup is running

Hi,

You cannot configure it that way: to appear only when the backup is running.
You can only set it to appear all the time or do not appear at all.
