Hi,

You can try to limit the number of file versions in Backup Properties->Type->Storage page.
This way, the old file versions will be deleted from the zip files containing them.

Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Compression.
Set the split size at 1 GB and also select the "Create independent splits" option.
Press Save and run again the backup.
Do you still have the problem?

Hi,

Please make sure the antivirus does not block Backup4all application.
Try to uninstall and reinstall Backup4all.

Hi, You cannot delete the files from zip archives. In this case, you should use the cleanup option to delete the backup versions you want to remove, or you can set a limit for the number of backup versions to keep in destination, with the "merge backups" option selected (in Backup Properties->Type->...

Hi,

Version 6 and version 7 of Backup4all are considered 2 different applications. They can be installed/uninstalled independently. If you moved the backup jobs to version 7 of Backup4all, you can simply uninstall version 6.

If you have this problem every time and it wasn't just one time issue, please send us the log files for the jobs with problems to support[at]backup4all[dot]com There should be no additional requests, the re-authorization should be made automatically during the backup...

Hi,

In Backup4all, please edit the scheduled tasks and make sure the username and the password are correct. You should re-enter them and press Save.
