Hi,

Do you run the backup manually or scheduled?
Do you have the same problem if you run Backup4all as administrator?

Hi,

Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Go to "Softland->Backup4all 7" folder and try to create a scheduled task there. Can you do that?
If not, please delete these folders and try again from Backup4all to create a new scheduled task.

Please send us the last backup log and the .bkc catalog file for that job, from the backup destination, to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.

Hi,

Is the Backup4all.exe process running in Task Manager?
If yes, please kill the process and try again to open Backup4all.
Also please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block the execution of Backup4all. Put it in the exceptions list.

Hi,

Can you please send us the last backup log to see exactly what are you asked for?
Normally, Backup4all cannot continue the backup until the new disk is entered and the backup is told to continue.
