Re: removing deleted files from mirror backup

Hi,

Please send us:
- the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc file if you go to View->Open folder->Destination folder.
- the .log file for the last backup job. To find it, please go to: View->Job Logs->Last Backup Log.
Put the files into a zip archive.

Re: Process Runs, Application Doesn't

Hi,

Please make sure the firewall/antivirus does not block Backup4all.
Also make sure Backup4all does not run in tray.

Re: program will not run - starburn.dll

Hi,

We tested the same scenario as yours: host Windows7-64bit, VMware player (latest build) runinng Windows XP.
We were not able to reproduce the problem here. The installation went fine and the backup also works fine.
Please make sure you use the latest updates.

Hi,

We will fix that problem. It is on our To-Do list, but I cannot give you an exact date when it will be fixed.
We have other more important features we work on this moment.

Re: backup failed. cannot locate network drive

Hi,

First, please download the latest version of Backup4all from our website.
Second, please make sure the destination drive can be accessed when starting the backup.
If you still have the problem, please try to map the network drive and use it as destination.
