Hi,

We made a new test today: a backup of 50 GB to a network location, using the Incremental backup type and zip with no compression, independent splits of 4 GB, finished in 29 minutes. The test after backup took another 11 minutes.

Hi,

Please send us the log file by email. It should accept any file extension.
If the file is too large, please put it into a zip archive.

Hi,

If the test after backup returns CRC warnings, please try to run a manual test for those files (without manually replacing them with the sources), by pressing the Test (F9) button.
Let us know the results.

Hi,

We do not have a table with the error codes as they could be forwarded from different sources / drives / clouds etc.
In this case, please make sure the destination is reachable.

Hi, Please right click the backup job and select Job Logs->Last restore log, does the log file exists? If yes, please send it to support[at]backup4all[dot]com. If the file does not exist, please make sure the bRestore.exe process is not blocked by the antivirus/firewall. Put it in the exceptions list.
