Hi, The download after backup is made to test the backup. You can disable that from Backup Properties->Advanced ->Uncheck the "Test after backup" option. If your FTP server supports resume command, when the connection is interrupted, Backup4all will retry to connect as many times as set in Tools->Op...

Hi,

We will make a new release these days and the backup open files feature will be improved.
In the meantime, you can uncheck the "Backup open files" option from Backup Properties->Advanced page.

Hi,

The Stop button is grayed out as long as Backup4all creates the file list. When the backup starts, the button is available.
Also try to refresh (F5) the window.

Hi,

Please make sure you did not used the same registration key for both computers.
The Backup4all license is per computer, not per user. You need a license key for each computer you use Backup4all on.
