Do you still have the backup logs and the catalog for that job? If yes, please send them to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.
Put the files into a zip archive.

Hi,

We tested the same scenario as yours: host Windows7-64bit, VMware player (latest build) runinng Windows XP.
We were not able to reproduce the problem here. The installation went fine and the backup also works fine.
Please make sure you use the latest updates.

We will fix that problem. It is on our To-Do list, but I cannot give you an exact date when it will be fixed.

Hi,

First, please download the latest version of Backup4all from our website.
Second, please make sure the destination drive can be accessed when starting the backup.
If you still have the problem, please try to map the network drive and use it as destination.

hi, The backup sources are processed in the alphabetical order. In your case, the file will be processed this way: D, E, G and M. If this is not the order, please send us to support[at]backup4all[dot]com: - the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc file if you go to View->Open folder...
