Hi,

Please run Backup4all as administrator (right click on the shortcut and select Run as administrator).
Do you still have the problem?

The only solution to avoid UAC is to disable it.

About the remaining time on (4), that is not possible as it is hard to tell how much time the compression will take and also the upload of zip file to backup destination. Hi,

Please download the new build of Backup4all 4.4.218 from our website.
The shadow copy problem seems to be fixed as some of our users tested it and they confirmed the problem is gone.

Hi,

That feature is still available.
If you create a new backup job, please make sure you pressed the "Advanced mode" button.
Try again to add the files using drag and drop on the Sources page.

Also please note if you use a backup plugin from the list, you cannot manually add more files.

Hi, Are the older mirror files from the same job? Please note Backup4all looks in the backup catalog to decide which files will be backed up. It doesn't look in the destination folder to decide. To avoid creating a subfolder in destination, please open Backup Properties->Mirror and uncheck the "Copy...
