Hi, The Windows folder and the system folders should not be backed up. Please exclude them from the backup sources (in Backup Properties->Sources) The different file size could be related to the fact they were open/in use during the backup. So the Windows Volume Shadow Copy returned a different size...

Hi,

Running multiple jobs in the same time should work as before. Nothing changed about that.
Are you saying that one job starts fine while the other returns the error?

Hi,

In Backup4all you can see only the scheduled tasks configured to run under the user account currently logged on.

Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Advanced page and uncheck the "Smart file scanning mode" option.
Press Save and run again the backup. Does it includes the remaining files?

What about if you go to Statistics View (F3) and run calculate statistics? does it finds the files to be backed up?

Yes, that is correct. "New folder" will be included in backup.

Hi,

If you add a drive or folder in the backup sources, all new files and folders created under that drive/folder will be automatically added to the backup sources (as being part of the main drive/folder)
