We've recently updated Backup4all to 6.1.227 and it includes multiple Google Drive fixes, so the recommendation is to install the latest version.

END OF SUPPORT FOR VERSION 3.x and 4.x Starting with December 31st, 2015 Backup4all version 4.x, 3.x (and previous) are no longer supported . If you are still using version 3.x or 4.x we highly recommend an upgrade to the latest version. This will ensure you get the latest updates and email support....

Please try downloading and installing directly from here:
http://download.backup4all.com/download ... p-full.exe

It will retain your existing licensing information and backups.

The NAS device is accessible from Windows Explorer for instance (or was accessible at the time of the backup)? If it is we will need the log file sent to support@backup4all.com so that we'd troubleshoot this further.
