Thanks to support.
The problem was my PC had a USB drive connected and b4All was having trouble with it. Trying to read it in some manner and failing. Removing the USB drive allowed the program to proceed.

I purchased this ver 4 on 14/06/13 and installed it. Worked OK. On 25/02/14 you invited me to install ver 5 which I did. Then a notice came up saying I had to pay extra.
