Please send us to support[at]backup4all[dot]com the following files:
- the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
- the .bkc catalog file from View->Open Folder->Destination folder.
Put both files into a zip archive.

Hi, At this moment, you can only use the options to "Automatically make full backup" if all increments exceed a given percent of the full backup size or if all increments exceed a given size. These options are located in Backup Properties->Incremental page. We are already working to implement more f...

Hi,
On the computer where you installed Backup4all, please open the .bkc catalog file from destination.
The backup job will be recreated in Backup4all. Press Restore and select a location for restore.

Please open Backup Properties->Advanced.
Uncheck the "Store temporary catalog data in memory" option.
Press Save and run again the backup.
Do you still have the problem?

Yes, the subsequent backups can use the modified attribute again. You just need to enable it under Backup Properties.

The catalog was corrupted and a copy of the backup job had to be created. The settings were preserved and a new backup catalog was created.
