Hi,

In this case, that option should be disabled in order for Backup4all to delete the older backups, not to merge them with the new ones. That will speed up the process.

I already responded you yesterday and today to your 5 emails with no answer from you.

1. What edition of Backup4all you purchased?
2. Please open Backup Properties->Destination and select Removable or External drive as destination, depending on the USB device type.

The backup catalog has to be in destination. You cannot change that.

Hi,

Is this backup scheduled to start? (OffSite - Incremental)
Please make sure there aren't multiple schedulers for the same job to start it at the same time.
Do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup?

Hi,

Do you use an administrator account?
Is the hard drive locally connected? If yes, why do you need to assign it a drive letter? It should already have a drive letter as the other drives.
