Hi,

Is that the only file with problems lately?
If the VSS is working fine and all conditions to back up open files are met, it is interesting to know what application uses that file and if there is any special restriction regarding that file type.

Hi,

Is this a new backup job or an existing one?
Please note you cannot add files/folders to a backup job created using plugins.
Also please note you press "Add folder" button when you want to add folders, not the "Add files" one.

Do you still have the problem?

Please download the latest version of Backup4all 4.8.286 from our website. It includes many bug fixes since the version you have now.
