Hi,

The problem was that the network source drive reported a different modified time for each file. That is why Backup4all detected all files as modified and backed them up again.

Hi, The incremental backups include the new and modified files since the last full, incremental or differential backup. Hi,

Please send me the following files to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
- the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
- the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination.
Put both files into a zip archive.

To find the logs folder, go to View->Job Logs->Open Log folder

Hi,

If the computer was in sleep mode, in order for Backup4all to wake that computer, it is necessarily to have enabled the option to wake the computer for running that task, in the scheduler properties.
Please make sure that option is enabled.

C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all Professional 4\

We have a plan to release version 5 this year, though I cannot give you a specific timeframe.
