Hi,

The operation is successful for the files backed up. The other files, which were skipped, are not in backup. You get a notification about the skipped files in case you want them backed up and you should make sure there is no problem for the backup application to access those files.

Hi,

The trial version has no limitations in functionality, only the 30 days time limitation.
Please send me the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com to see what the problem was.

Hi,

Backup4all does not create bootable backups of the OS. Please note Backup4all was not designed for system backup, but for data files backups only.

In version 4.9.291 of Backup4all Professional, we added the TLS option in Tools->Options->Email.

Hi,

It seems the setup file was not completely downloaded.
Please delete the temporary internet files and try again to download Backup4all. See if the size of the setup downloaded on your computer is the same as the size listed on our website.
