Re: Pro version forces zip file?

Hi,

Please use the Mirror backup type if you want to create non-zipped backups.
To change the backup type, open Backup Properties->Type page and select Mirror.
Press Save and run again the backup.

Re: Backup4all backup speed from external disk to NAS HD

Hi,

Please note the backup jobs are independent. The first execution of an incremental backup job will be a full, after that incremental backups will be performed. You should continue only with the Incremental job.

The log file you sent me is not complete, do you have a complete backup job?

Re: Skipping file... The operation completed successfully

Hi,

The operation is successful for the files backed up. The other files, which were skipped, are not in backup. You get a notification about the skipped files in case you want them backed up and you should make sure there is no problem for the backup application to access those files.

Re: Backup4all backup speed from external disk to NAS HD

Hi,

The trial version has no limitations in functionality, only the 30 days time limitation.
Please send me the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com to see what the problem was.
