Hi,

I cannot give you a list of applications interfering with Backup4all. One was a virtual CD/DVD mounting application, another was for burning CD/DVD and in other case was the antivirus.

Hi,

1. Can you browse the disc after ejecting and reloading it?
2. Do you have the same problem if you try to browse the disc on another computer?

Hi,

Backup4all was designed to keep the backups into an organized structure and not keeping only parts of backup.

Hi,

Please send me the following files to support[at]backup4all[dot]com:
- the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination
- the last backup job from View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
Put the files into a zip archive.

You can delete those files with no problem for Backup4all as it did not create them.

In Tools->Options->CD, DVD or Blu-ray, is the SPTD or SPTI burner selected?
Have you tried to install the new firmware for that device?

Hi, You cannot configure Backup4all to automatically restart the cycle based on the free disk space in destination. You can configure it to perform backups and cleanup operations based on a scheduled scenario. Example: run full backups every month, daily incremental backups and monthly cleanup right...
