In version 4.9.291 of Backup4all Professional, we added the TLS option in Tools->Options->Email.

Hi,

It seems the setup file was not completely downloaded.
Please delete the temporary internet files and try again to download Backup4all. See if the size of the setup downloaded on your computer is the same as the size listed on our website.

Please follow these steps:
1. Download and extract DebugView from http://download.sysinternals.com/files/DebugView.zip
2. Start DebugView
3. Start Backup4all and send us the debug log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com

Depending on the FTP server you have, you can check the permissions in the server console, or in the same place where you created the FTP account.

Hi, 1. The file you are talking about is the backup catalog. It is uploaded with a temporary name in order not to overwrite the old catalog from FTP in case the upload fails.
