Hi,

There is not a limit in Backup4all for the zip size, we found there is a problem that the changed location of temp folder is not working fine in build 483. We will fix that.

Hi,

Please go to File->Options->Application folders.
Put the temporary folder on a drive with plenty of free disk space.
By default is trying to use the C: drive.

hi,

Do you have enough permissions to create the files on that location?
What about if you try to restore them to a local drive?
Do you have the latest version of Backup4all 5.0.468?

Hi,

Is there any backup in progress?
We do not allow the system to go into sleep mode during the backup execution.

If there is no backup in progress, is the bbackup.exe process running in Task Manager?

Hi,

If you set the limit now, it will be applied to the current backup job next time you run the backup. There is no need to create a new backup job only for that.

Hi,

In order to start with a new backup history (from zero), please go to Backup Properties->Advanced.
In the "Run action before backup" section, select the <Clear backup> action, put it to run only once.
When you run the backup the history will be deleted and a new complete backup will be created.

Please try to map the network drive and use the mapped drive as backup source. Do you still have the problem?

We found there is a problem with the block backup option. We will fix that.
