Hi,

Do you run the backup manually or scheduled?
Do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup after starting Backup4all as administrator (right click on icon and select "Run as administrator").

Hi,

Do you have the latest version of Backup4all 4.9? that is 4.9.292

Is there any antivirus scanning the file in that moment?
Do you have the same problem if you create a new small backup job to the same FTP destination?

Hi,

It seems the Amazon SSL certificate could not be verified in your case, that is the error message about.
We will change the behavior in the next release in order to give you the option to run the backup even if the SSL certificate of Amazon could not be verified.
